The Governing Body is seeking an experienced and inspirational Deputy Executive Head Teacher with a deep-rooted commitment to early childhood education. This post is to work across both nursery schools and has a two-day-per-week teaching commitment.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader or an aspiring Deputy Head with a strong background in a comparable senior leadership position. The successful candidate will ideally bring significant responsibility for Early Years, a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, play-based learning across the school. They will work collaboratively with the SENDCo to support effective, inclusive provision, and must be deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children while ensuring all staff share this dedication.

Salary: UPS 1-3 (£28483.20 - £30628.80)

We are seeking an inspirational, highly organised, and qualified SENDCo to join our team in a dedicated non-teaching strategic capacity. Working 3 days a week, this cross-Federation role offers a fantastic opportunity to focus entirely on the coordination, management, and advocacy of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across both of our nursery settings, without a classroom teaching timetable.

Working across both nursery sites, you will help ensure a consistent, equitable, and high-quality standard of SEND provision.
